Who would of known that there are so many ways to communicate with people. We have Twitter, Blogger, Facebook and much more. I am only in my 20's and even I am out of date I haven't even heard of most of these forms of social networking sites. The question is if I learn will I continue to use them and how popular are they?????
Proberly not, its the current generation coming through who will use them the most. PM
ReplyDeleteYes I totally agree, I'm in my twenties too and I feel like I can't keep up with all these new technologies! Imagine what we'll have in another ten years or so.
ReplyDeleteMy mum's in her 60s and she's on Facebook, Twitter, writes two blogs ... age is no barrier :)
ReplyDeleteWho remembers MySpace or Xanga? The technologies change, and usually whichever ones our friends are on or th ones we need for work are the ones we may stick with. But then again, we might find something we love here and introduce our friends to - setting the trend instead of following!
Or maybe I need a drink and a nice lie down :)
Hi Cassie
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you, but I have to say I love Facebook and I'm kind of enjoying the Blogging.
Most of my family are in the eastern states and I find with facebook I chat to them more often than when when we only had phones. Its also wonderful as alot of second cousins are on there and I can finally see them all grow up!
Believe me or not, I prefer going to the beach!!!
ReplyDeleteI agree - there is so much out there. Different applications suit different people. Twitter does not grab my interest however facebook I find really useful to keep in touch with friends interstate and overseas and I can see how a blog would be useful if you were travelling and wanted to keep everyone up to date together.
ReplyDeletehello got you too comment comment comment
